Nars - Powered by Lips
The makeup prestige brand NARS opened a new store in the shopping mall IFC Hong Kong on 4th August 2018, as part it, they held a popup event in the atrium of IFC to focus specifically on lipsticks. Nars wanted to create a digital RSVP journey that starts with a customer visiting a campaign website to registering for the event.
The Objective
To enhance the Online-to-Offline Customer Experience, Nars was looking to build an eCommerce portal to support the overall campaign that allows users to purchase exclusive products and checkout online, then for them to pick up at the popup event.
My Responsibilities
To create a seamless shopping flow for customers to easily pre-order on their mobile phone, check-out and pick up in store. For the eCommerce platform we utilised Shopify as the eCommerce platform and PayPal as the payment gateway. Four pages would needed to be developed; a Product Listing Page (PLP), a Product Detail Page (PDP), a Checkout/order confirmation page and a static content page.

302 new members (+247% vs Last Year)
83% of users are on mobile phone (I designed mobile first)
