The Italian luxury brand Dolce & Gabbana Beauty opened its first worldwide fragrance and makeup themed flagship store in IFC - Hong Kong’s mega mall in Central Area.

PROUD FACTORS

Created brand and products awareness, to build up prospect database for further recontact and convert customer from Online to Offline and to provide a unique touch point with customers through personalized luxury retail services.

As a connected business partner, I collaborated with the D&G marketing team to design a seamless makeup and fragrance trial registration flow for customers to easily sign up on their mobile phone, register and redeem samples in store.

THE RESULTS

  • 1,200+ successful customer sign-ups within the first 2 months after launch,

  • Increased foot traffic in store, generating cross- and up-sell opportunities.
