The “SOGO Thankful Week” is one of biggest promotional events throughout the year and Bare Minerals was looking for an Online to Offline Experience offering promotional items to offer their customers.

 
 

The Objective

Bare Minerals was looking to improve the Customer Experiences during the “Thankful Week” (11 ~ 27 May 2018) at the Japanese luxury department store SOGO, that translate into a better efficiency of transaction procedure through digitised pre-order mechanism. That would not only shorten the customer briefing time during Thankful Week, but also lets Bare Mineral’s sales representatives have more ideas of customer preference beforehand to increase conversion rate.

SOGO Thankful Week Advertisement (Reference)

The Outcome

Bare Minerals has promoted their pre-order site on various platforms, including social media channels, local media outlets and member communications via eDM and SMS. With over 240 transactions, the SOGO Thankful Week Pre-Order campaign has helped Bare Minerals to recruit over 100 new members, which was in line with their expectations.
